Shipping & Exchange Policy
We provide store credit for our merchandise that meets the requirements below! Simply contact us within 14 days with your order number and postal code to get this process started with our team. We stand behind all our products and want to make sure you find your perfect piece.
We will gladly accept returning items for store credit via gift card. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned swimwear in USD and will not expire.
IMPORTANT
Returning items are not eligible for refunds. All orders are subject to 2-3 business days of processing time before being shipped out. All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.) We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Original shipping fees, taxes, and/or Route Shipping Insurance are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
Shipping Method & Practices
FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $250. (Order must be over $250 before taxes) All orders placed within the U.S. will ship via UPS (GROUND SHIPPING) Once processed, all UPS Ground shipping can take up to 2-3 days for U.S. customers to receive their package if there are no delays with shipping.
