Shipping & Exchange Policy
At Wet Dreams, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging. For swimwear, please ensure it is tried on with underwear. We cannot accept items that have been worn, stained, or have any odors (e.g., perfume or makeup). If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping costs. Additionally, original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
If your return is eligible, we will process an exchange or issue store credit for the full value of the item. Store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date it is issued. Exchanges are subject to product availability; if an item is out of stock, store credit will be provided instead.
Please note that items returned not meeting these conditions will be sent back to you at an additional charge. Certain items, such as sale or clearance items, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Our products are shipped out of Sweden and shipping costs will be calculated at check out.
